The sea was great and activities are nice. It is close to the airport.

Our room wasn’t clean we told to clean it. Staff won’t clean it again and again. Foods are not for the Turkish customers.

Perfect hotel for relaxation and recreation

We had a good time at the hotel, which offered a pleasant relaxation and rest. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable every day, and the diving spot at the end of the hotel had a wonderful marine life. Only a small part of the staff was genuinely kind; the majority seemed indifferent to the guests and appeared to be tired of their jobs. However, the restaurant manager went out of his way for the guests; he is a wonderful person. The food was delicious, especially the desserts, although the breakfast was monotonous. The pools were perfect and provided great entertainment. Overall, we are satisfied and would gladly return to this hotel.

Unfortunately, the internet did not work in most cases.

it was a great stay even for just one day, staff is amazingly helpful and cheerful,

room of course is amazingly clean, even though we didn't get the bed type we requested. food was really good, and there's always something available to eat and drink. animation team was amazing and fun. the hotel was really nice checking us in at 10 AM, and we really appreciate this. also, the hotel is very close to the airport and that was a great plus. Mr. Basem who was in charge of booking us a safari trip was more than helpful, understanding, and really went out of his way to arrange for us an amazing trip to fit our schedule.

that the reservation wasn't clear regarding the room, as i booked sea-view room thinking it'll be on the first building before the sea, however, i found out the the first building is deluxe and that wasn't clarified. second, we requested one bed, but i found two single beds pushed side to side together.

Friendly staff. Request for maintenance was immediately solved within a couple of hours. Main restaurant had daily themes. The idian night was the best food

Good value for your money

This is a correct hotel based on its price. There are more pools (party pool, relaxing pool, pool for families, pool with spa elements) and the hotel has own sea coast as well. Everybody will find what requires. Food is OK. BBQ evening is perfect. Daily snacks on a little limited range but they are OK. Staffs are very firenldy. They are very greatful for a little tip but absolutely not required. The toiletries in the room are more than enough (among if them shaving tools, tooth brush and toothpaste ect.). Cleaing and two bottles of water in your room every day.

Weak wifi signal is the room, but mobile adat service working well in the whole city incl. on the sea. The coctails are very watered but it is a low budget all incl. service. You can drink a whole day without any problem... There is a free programm (golden sandy beach) when the hotel take you to one of their other facility's beach for a whole day. It is not worth a single penny. The beach is the same as the sea coast of the hotel but you will get only some snack, soft drink and beer in the all incl. service. Much better to stay in the hotel...

Loved it, thanks for a great stay in sharm. We had a lot of fun.

It’s great value for money, the staff make this place, both the servers and animation teams. Lots of fun activities that gets guests together.

The animation team are basically club reps who entice people out to nights out, at considerable expense. I think this could be reduced as it splits the evening guests up from enjoying the evening entertainment.

- special mention to Magdy at the reception, he has been very helpful - the sea close to the hotel is amazing, perfect for snorkelling - a lot of nice swimming pool

- rooms are a little bit outdated but all good and very clean - Tours organised via the hotel are much more expensive than online and you have exactly the same things (not reccomended) - Pick up from the airport is too pricey - there is only one restaurant for dinner that close at 9pm and have only buffet option (25$ dollars :(

Wonderful

Amazing hotel.. food is so delicious, and every day, different themes. Beach is beautiful. But be aware that you have to swim in an open ocean in deep meters. There's no sand and access to the ocean. So, if you're traveling with kids, it might not be a good option. Staff is very friendly. You can book tours from the diving center. I did my diving certification in the hotels beach.

Really comfortable rooms with a kettle and make up mirror. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the food was very good. I had a fantastic stay. They even have a free shuttle service to different popular locations in Sharm in the evenings.

Lovely holidays could be better experience from staff members

My first impression when i arrived was very positive. I have been grated by Riwas the lovely receptionist. He gave me all the informations and details to enjoy my stay. Restaurant: Full range of food selections, vegetables, meats, fish, pastas, drinks, deserts, breads… The Tiran restaurant can be very busy and crowded during the diner time. I prefer to go to the element restaurant near the beach more quieter and intimate. Snacks bars are an easy options for lunch you can go for: hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, salads can be repetitive. The entrance bar is my favourite place. Sayeed the bartender was adorable, full of energy and such hardworking, always happy and friendly. Definitely, he deserved better recognition and appreciation. Every night he use to make me a great chicha. Beach and swimming pools: The sea is incredible, get your mask to snorkel and watch the beauty under the sea. Life guards are constantly there to make sure you are safe. All multiples pools are being looked after very well, cleaned regularly and the water is warm. They also have many toilets allocated near the beach and close to different swimming pools and restaurants. Entertainment: Young team ready to do everything to make everyone feel comfortable and busy during the holiday. Every evenings there is entertainment, clubbing session organised, private parties… Zumba and yoga session. The hotel is located 7 minutes near the airport saves you headache and energy.

My room: I had the room 1226 great size with lovely view, excellent mattress, great IC, perfect location clean and cosy. However the lock of the balcony door need to be fixed as i have told the receptionist from day one but he thought that it wasn’t urgent. I travel mostly alone and i would like to bring your attention regarding few negative incidents that happened from many staff members being rude and judgmental regarding single traveler and especially racist towards clients with Arabs and Muslims background. I could heard and understand different staff making sarcastic and rude comments in Arabic, this has to stop! They will treat better white clients, couples and ladies. Also, they were keeping asking me if i was Egyptian and why don’t i speak Arabic… This issues has been said to the receptionist on my last day.

Amazing Hotel, Great Location, great food and great relaxation.

The food was amazing, the cleanliness of our room and all the staff were amazing. Thankyou Youssif Farg our stateroom attendant for keeping our room/bathrooms exceptionally clean and stocked with water and coffee etc. You made our time at the hotel the best. The pastry chef was amazing. He made me a gluten free chocolate moose dessert everyday because I am gluten intollerant and didn’t like the selection of gluten free desserts.

I think the entertainment and choice of alcoholic beverages could have been better. The wine they have was ok. The liquor was ok. Would be nice to have a better class of wine/liquor.

Good resort, would likely stay again

Nice quiet location but not far drives from things. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great dive centre next door (eagle divers). Selection of pools very nice. Good on site spa. Lunch and dinners were good in the main restaurant Beds really comfy and good AC Amazing reef for snorkelling Shuttle bus up and down the length of the resort constantly as too hot to walk up and down the hill. Music and games/aerobics at the main pool. Enough sun beds

Imported alcohol not included but didn't matter too much as didn't drink much. Entertainment ok but could be a little better. Nothing on the door step if you're wanting to walk anywhere. 'Swim up room' wasn't really accurate

Great holiday destination with superb staff

The staff were extremely helpful and very attentive to detail. The food was excellent and plentiful. The hotel is spacious and beside the top block starting 10 or 18 that overlook either the outdoor entertainment stage or the large pool and beach area.
